These people are crooks. They call for money at late hours and if you don't pay them what they ask, they threatened to have your storage unit auctioned. They have done this to many people and an FBI complaint has been filed. If you want to keep your stuff, go to a legitimate storage company. Please look at other reviews and not phony ones they have listed here. They are bad news!

We moved our "treasures" to All A/C over two years ago after our previous chain storage company made the second rate increase in 2 years. Not only was All A/C significantly less expensive, but we have not had a rate increase since we have been with them. All units are on one level and convenient for moving stuff in and out, which we do frequently.
I don't think there is a/c, but that has never been an issue, even in the hottest summer months. The couple in charge is knowledgeable and helpful. I wish we had found this place first.

I would not reccomend to anyone. The hours they are open stink, only till 6, 5 on Saturday and 1 on Sunday. It's not very clean. I was there to remove my property on the 3rd and was charged $97.00. That was $97.00 for 3 days of storage. It was justified by reminding me that I was given a free month in the begining. Zero stars.
