I rent a space from this company and they are very professional and have amazing prices. They are always welcoming and kind. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a moving and storage company.

This is a family run business and their appreciation for customers is evident. The facility is spotless and very secure. No need to look at any other facility, Chatham Moving and Storage is the best!

I cannot say enough positive things about the professionalism and reliability of Chatham Moving and Storage. Moving during Covid-19 is extremely scary but Chatham Moving and Storage ensured all safety protocols and procedures were followed making me feel extremely comfortable. One thing that I love about this company was the ability to have a storage unit that allowed us to stage our home free of clutter.

I highly recommend doing this as I felt prepared when my house hit the market. The move in process was seamless, all things delivered exactly the way I had packed them with no damage. My new neighbors even commented on the speed of how quickly we were able to move in and I owe this all to Chatman Moving and Storage. This company had movers come to the Siena in Montclair and the movers did not wear masks. When told to, the movers laughed it off, and continued to move through the halls and stairwells with out protective gear. My 87 year old mother lives on the same floor and encountered them in the hallway and repeatedly asked they where protective gear. Do not use these people. They don't care about the Covid risks they present to people around them.

Great customer service! We needed 3 legal size file cabinets moved up from the basement to the driveway. Linda was wonderful in making sure the guys arrived in a timely way. Wonderful communication. We were also called 15 minutes before the guys arrived. John and Tyler did the job quickly. Wish we had something else for them to move to be able to use their service again! We wholeheartly recommend them. Fair price too.

I work for an organization that has used Chatham Moving & Storage for over a decade, and we cannot rate them highly enough. We recently renovated and re-organized our units, and the staff went beyond the call of duty to make the experience hassle-free, even anticipating needs for our project that we didn't even know we had. When an expected delivery to the facility by a different moving company did not arrive until hours after it was expected, the wonderful staff here waited with us and ensured proper delivery.

It is reassuring to know that our units are clean, climate-controlled, and managed by a staff that we have come to know and trust personally. We would recommend them to anyone!

I had a great experience with Chatham Storage. The price was right, the customer service was excellent, and the facility was clean. Open and honest pricing and billing and cancellation policies.

I have used Chatham Moving as a storage facility but never had occasion to use them for moving until 2016. The estimate was competitive but the real value was in the team of movers. The crew was friendly, careful and polite. Nothing was an issue for these movers, total pros!

The owner contacted me regarding my issues which was really appreciated. I was genuinely disappointed as I prefer to us well known, local companies over larger corporations and everyone else I know who has used Chatham moving and storage has had a great experience. Customer service is important to me and the owner contacting me speaks well about their dedication to customer service. I'd probably give the receptionist a refresher in customer service though.

Can't say enough about how professional everyone was at Chatham moving and storage! I used the storage and the moving. Had 2 separate moves (1 small move to storage and 1 storage and home to new home). They were timely, thoughtful, thorough, and reasonable. They made a very stressful situation a piece of cake. My deposit and difference on storage rent was delivered before I even asked. Simply, 5 stars.

Great family owned moving and storage company. They are very friendly and helpful. Their facility is very clean and well up kept.

Worst movers of all times and I've moved any number of times. Refused to use color Coding chart. Took days to find where they put things that were clearly marked for other locations Broke very expensive items and took no responsibility for them even when it was their fault. Perhaps under new management as I had used them previously and none of this had happened?
