They don't even deserve 1 star. They are scammers. Demanded more money than what I had in writing to have to pay. They showed up with a UHaul with someone else's belonging in the truck. RED flag. But I ignored it. They demanded more money when they showed up. However they never showed up. They moved my things into a truck on May 28. Ignored all calls and lied.
Shortly after Labor Day weekend the ring leader sent pic of where my things are in a storage until 1,500 miles away. Told me to go get my things. Took my money and no refund. I still have his cell number if anyone needs it to check on their belongings. I filed police report and settled with insurance company in July. What a shame that we have such dishonest people on this planet. I do believe in karma and can't wait for him and them to get theirs.

We have a missing table top and 5 items that don't belong to us delivered en route from WA to MD in early December. Anyone out there missing items or in possession of our solid oak table top with 2 leafs? Same story as other reviews. Showed up at last possible hour, jacked up price, delivered a day early when we were not in town to receive shipment. Now I can't get in touch with anybody connected with ASAP.

They double your price as soon as they get there then take your stuff and never call you back MY MOTHER HAD TO CALL POLICE to get our belongings and we still have to pay double the fee. they will show up in a truck to small then they try to charge 3000.00 for another truck it's just a complete scam DON'T TRY TO SAVE A BUCK BECAUSE THERE GONNA DOUBLE EVERYTHING TO MUCH TO EXPLAIN.THESE ARE THE FACTS THAT HAPPED IN MY EXPERIENCE OF DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY AND MY OPINION IT DOSENT GET ANY WORSE THERE IS PEOPLE FROM 2020 STILL TRYING TO GET THEIR THINGS BACKS.I SWEAR I HOPE THEY HAVE TO PAY EVERY ONE BACK AND I'LL STOP THERE.

By far THE WORST "company" I have ever dealt with.moving company or otherwise. Looking for a fair price for an out of state move, we contacted a broker that referred us to this company. In short, items missing, broken or just plain left on the curb refusing to move them indoors. A moving company refusing to move. After only accepting cash or money order for their services, prices are increased without notice leaving you to pay it if you want your belongs.
It was like a hostage/ransom situation. Workers are not professional. In fact they are extremely rude and somewhat frightening. No price list. No scheduled time when they will bring your items. You are forced to work on their made up schedule because, what can you do. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT using this embarrassment of a service. The fees you are given you upfront will turn into additional HUNDREDS of dollars more.
The ole Bait & Switch. The owner is disgraceful so, of course his staff members will be also. STAY. AWAY. And, do your research because they tend shut down to reopen as another entity.
