Moore & Son Moving

The crew worked hard and efficiently. No wasted time. Very competitive prices. 2 of the 3 associates had been with the company for many years. They are not just sending a day laborer or temp to move your things. Experience matters.

My boyfriend had them move his furniture last week into a storage until his apartment was ready the following week. Today we walked into the storage to start the process of moving boxes and saw that for some reason the movers decided to put weights on top of both of the bedroom nightstands, causing it to completely destroy the paint on the brand new nightstand. Well. when he called to file a claim, assuming the business was open since it says that they close at 6 on Saturdays online. the lady answered with the nastiest attitude i have EVER heard, she over exaggerated saying we called 15X, which we only called 3 times. Said how apparently we were supposed to know they were closed and that she was on vacation lol. how are we as customers supposed to know what is going on in your personal life when it says your open online. if you own a business, you do not handle issues in this disgusting of a manner.

The attitude was horrible, and even though my boyfriend handled the whole entire phone call with so much respect, she was just nasty the whole time. Telling us that we can file a claim but they aren't going to do anything about it. Do not use these movers, they do not value your furniture. The movers are rude, whoever answered the phone is HORRIBLE, and won't do anything about your damaged furniture apparently lol.

They conducted our move out in a timely and professional manner. Looking forward to the same experience when the move in is completed

We thought our move went well until we started looking at our furniture afterwards. Almost every item has some type of damage that was done on moving day. They also did not carry but one item from upstairs, they strapped everything to a dolly and rolled it down the stairs, boom, boom, boom.every single item upstairs. Guess we should not be surprised about the damage. All movers do a little damage and we live with it but this was excessive even for us. Definitely do not recommend.

I have used Moore & Son 4 times and they always do a good job. I had Robert & Justin come out the last time and they did great job. They wrapped everything and did not make one scratch on anything. I highly recommend them! Service: In-state moving

Between My sister, my mother, several of my friends, and myself, we have used Moore and Son at least 10 times. Each and every time they were on time, gave all of us fair quotes and the final total never exceeded more than $100.00 from the original estimate. I have had other companies in the past give me one quote only to have the final cost exceed $200-$300!. I recommend Moore and Son to anyone who even mentions that they are moving!

Justin and his team moved us from Houston to New Braunfels yesterday. They wrapped every piece of my antique furniture (everything is antique in my home) and all the pictures and took great care with everything! I have only unpacked my kitchen so far and NOTHING is broken. This team was friendly and respectful. They also moved our 4 person hot tub which was a feat by itself! I will recommend Moore and Son to everyone who needs to move!

Had a great experience with my move using Moore &Son. The guys were careful with all my furniture and were extremely hard workers, working nonstop from start to finish. This was my first time moving a whole house worth of stuff and they made the move easy and quick! Would definitely use Moore & Son again for my next move!

We set our appointment, and the girl who answered the phone was really nice. We had the guys come and they were nice and on time. It took longer than I thought it would. It was not their fault. Evidentially I have a lot of stuff! Mac, Able and the other Able we're hustling around. They wrapped my furniture and we had no issues. Seemed very efficient. I would use them again, no question.

The guys were nice and quick. They even broke down and put up my beds. They were a little pricey and you pay a minimum regardless of actual move time. I also think they charge by the size of the house you're moving from regardless of what they're actually moving. I think I paid too much for what they moved and the time it took them.

Moore and Son has been my one and only movers for 20 years. During that time they have moved me or family members in a timely and professional way. I don't remember exactly how many moves but Estimating approx 10-15 moves. They are extremely hard workers, friendly and consistent. I always request my favs, Able & Matt and today we have a first timer Juan.

Today we have 4 stops. Pickup at Life Storage in Pearland, pickup #2, Enclave apart @ Pearland Parkway, then to drop off #1, Sherwood sub, drop # 2, Forgotten Angels, then stop #3, to my house to re-arrange furniture in bedrooms upstairs. Whew! Also last but not least, Cindy in the office rocks!

We have used these guys for over 2 yrs now. they are AMAZING! Justin, Billy and the rest of the guys made moving easy for us! They packed us up.we didn't have to pack anything! They moved us into our other home and unpacked us there too! They were quick yet careful with all our things during the whole move! We even used their climate control storage for our big stuff and they remembered where everything went and what glass went where even after 1.5 years of having it in storage during our remodel! After we did our final move we truly were appreciative of all their hard work and excellent customer service! Keep up the good work guys!

Showed up on time, quick & efficient despite the rain. Got us done in less than 3 hours & nothing was broken. Everyone was very professional, from the movers to the ladies who scheduled it for us. Reasonable price for a great job. Would highly recommend!

These guys just moved me back into my house this last weekend. I have moved several times over the years being in the military and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. Very professional and moved very quickly. Great guys that went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I highly recommend them!

We used Moore and Son movers this week and they did a wonderful job! They were very professional and reasonably priced in comparison to other local moving companies. They were so cautious with all of our furniture and wrapped every piece. The guys were extremely nice and worked very efficiently until the job was done. I would highly recommend them and will use them in future moves!

We hired Moore and Son to move us from a third-story apartment to a house, detouring at a storage unit along the way. The hourly rate for three movers was very reasonable, and better yet, they did it all in two and a half hours! Nothing was damaged, and the movers were very friendly and courteous (great service). Can't recommend them enough.

We hired Moore and Son for our move last week. We were extremely pleased with them. They showed up on time, worked very hard, were efficient, and took great care with our things. They also handled difficult items and turns in the house with ease. They wrapped things up in the blankets and padded them and secured well in their truck. They were friendly and professional. We have used Moore and Son twice now, the first time on the recommendation of my father-in-law. They took such care with our belongings, not damaging a single thing. We have alot of antiques and we were so happy to see all of them carefully wrapped with moving blankets. Not a scratch was made! I also want to applaude the guys that moved us. Luke, Able, Justin and Mark worked all day in the heat, then in the rain, then in the humidity - typical Houston weather in July.

They were smiling, respectful and professional at all times. They even managed to load and unload with a dog underfoot and never once complained. These guys really know what they're doing.

Amazing. I used Moore & Son once for myself, recommended the company for my parents move, and had my boss use this company for our company move. I was present for all three moves. All three times the company sent out in-shape men who were hard workers and did their work without causing any damage. They were very careful and professional. I made the mistake of using a different company (Clear Lake Movers) for a move recently and couldn't regret it more.

After a horrible experience with Clear Lake Movers, I made it a point to contact the owner (of Clear Lake Movers) and explain the issues I had and advised him that I would always use and refer Moore & Son b/c of how much better they performed their job. I'd recommend Moore & Son to anyone needing hard-working, in-shape, able-to-move guys to get their move done properly, carefully and efficiently!
