I was a customer for 11 years and the service has been great. The onsite managers treated me like family. They've always been kind and courteous to me, and I'm grateful for that. If you're looking to store your belongings in this area I recommend Pacifica Lock It Up Storage.

Sad not to be a customer anymore but I will definitely come back here when I need to store again. Amazing customer service from Anita and John from when I first signed up, every time I called or walked in and had a question. Amazing location, clean landscaped grounds. Every time my husband and I would come to drop off or pick up we would walk the trail and take our kids to the Val Vista park right next door. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for an affordable, quiet, clean storage facility.

I've been storing here for over 3 years and I haven't had any issues. the price is right and so is the management. The couple that works there are friendly and super cool. The place is clean, nice and it's super close to the freeway so it's easy access. I like my storage place there and if you pay 11 months in advance, they give you 1 month for free.

Plus I noticed that they have a free van rental and I recently put a new unit on reserve because I filled my other one and they offered the van to me, for free! I just love how accommodating they are.

Lee & Lori West are the most kind and generous resident managers. They were always helpful with all my questions. This location is well maintained and clean and I highly recommend this facility.

The man who owns this property came out and yelled at me for walking my dog through the parking lot. If you want to be worried about getting kicked out at random and getting yelled at by someone who it totally off their rocker - then this is the storage unit for you. Even if you're desperate, wouldn't put my stuff here.

I rented a space here for short term storage needs as part of preparing my home for sale. The location was convenient and I found the price reasonable. Security was good. I would have rated the facility quite highly were it not for my experience while moving out of the unit. I had the displeasure of interacting with the most unpleasant, hostile man I can remember.

I don't know what position or role he holds, but I can say I've never been treated so rudely as a customer in my life. Nothing even close. I'm quite relieved to know I won't have to go back there and run the risk of having to interact with this individual again. In fairness, the two other employees (both women) I interacted with during my several month period of being a customer there were extremely friendly and helpful.

So I called LOCK IT UP STORAGE, 9:50am PST on January 23, 2018 WOW the guy on the phone is rude LOCK IT UP STORAGE CAN I HELP YOU, YES, WHO AM I SPEAKING WITH HIS RESPONDS WAS RUDE, WHAT'S YOUR NAME? I AM LIKE WOW HOW FREAKING RUDE! Not interested in renting from you.

Best DIY Storage in Pleasanton/Dublin/Livermore! 1. Location. The location is just off the highway, convenient. 2. Price. The 5'x5' price (50$) was at the price floor in the Pleasanton/Dublin/Livermore market; the 5'x10' price was only 64$, which was unmatched in the Pleasanton/Dublin/Livermore market. 3. Specials. Lock-it-up Storage offered three specials, which is two more specials that Dublin Security Storage, the closest competitor in this feature. A) 1$ for first month, B) 50% off for first 3 months, & C) 64$ for first six months. 4. Anti-Vermin. Poison was in the two units that I inspected. 5. Clean.

The floor of the two units that I inspected were clean. 6. Light. Both Central Self-Storage and Lock-it-up Storage have a light in the 5'x10' units, but only Lock-in-up Storage has a light in both the 5'x5' units.

Wow the guy on the phone is rude and completely undesirable. Not interested in renting from you no more. No wonder the business next to you is full and you guys are not. Good luck!

Been storing here a while now, the place is always clean, and I would recommend to anyone. The managers are nice and friendly and the bathrooms are always nice. Good rates, would rent again. Location is easy and right off the freeway too so it's really convenient. Happy renter!

I have been a customer of Lock It Up for 5 years now and as most of my experiences with them have been pleasant, I had the most amazing experience there recently. So much so that I felt the urge to give them a yelp review. As I got on here and noticed the depressing LACK of stars, I was immediately put off. I decided to read some of these complaints to make sure they were talking about the same wonderful people I was so ready to compliment.

As I read, it seemed apparent that these "poor" reviews were by people who were upset with paying their late fees and were here after hours (which is only passed 8pm and who the eff is "REALLY SCARED" in the dark at 8pm? AND I have been by passed 8pm to see if my code still works. it doesn't. but the place it very well lit so I don't see how anyone could be scared walking around).

There are a reasons why places have specific hours of business. As long as you comply with the rules, you should never have a problem. Some people think they are ABOVE the rules and laws. It is so sad when money comes into play. People play a completely different tune. Yes, if you pay over the phone you have to pay a measly $2.50. Really? People are really getting upset and ruining a business' online reputation over a few bucks?

I have called in and couldn't make an online payment before and Anita waived my fee because I did not have access to the internet at the time. If you are kind and respectful to other people, most likely you will get the same in return. So enough of my venting and on to the good stuff! So I had been having issues with my car lately and I went in to get some summer stuff.

As I went to start my car, well it didn't. start that is. GRRRR! It was 100+ and I was NOT prepared for this. I called my mechanic and he couldn't get it until the next day. I went into the office with my tail between my legs to inform Anita and her husband Josh, they immediately sprung into action. Josh came out and helped me move my car out to the street and they offered me and my son cold water and even a snack for him.

He was thrilled and I was actually able to get my car moved that day and all was well. Thanks to Anita and Josh. They are always nice and the place is always clean but this was truly amazing!

Terrible storage facility. Got into a little argument with the head honcho there and they kicked me out for no reason. Would never even consider to put my stuff there again.

Heaven forbid if you communicate timely with this place to let them know you will be removing your items from storage and you call them on the 15th to tell them that you've mailed your payment and will be in to pickup your items later that week. The very next day I received a notice saying they had placed a $15 lien on my storage unit and charged me a $10 late fee on a unit that I've paid a pidddely $51 month on time for for over 10 years to store a whopping 7 file boxes in.

Super rude customer service when I called today to get the $15 lien fee waived after they told me just yesterday on the phone that they wouldn't be charging me that fee. Never never store anything at this location of for no other reason than the rude and nickel and dime fees customer service offered here.

I have been using Lock It Up storage for about 7 years. I can honestly say that they run an excellent operation at this location. The customer service Skip and his wife provide is truly amazing. Even my own family uses Lock It Up storage for their rental needs. You cannot beat the price either. A + + + business.
