We have a few moves and experienced the worst. Our previous move we lost everything due to a flood in Coleman facility. They delivered anyway and we had Black mold. We lost everything! Hesitant about moving again, but a good friend recommended ADSI. From Jason to the original contact and review, Wendy our coordinator and the team of movers lead by Ricky Bell. I can not praise this company and team enough. The service was first rate, professional, timely.

ADSI Moving Systems did an excellent job with our entire move. They were completely thorough and professional during all aspects of our relocation. Jason Grove move contact and estimator, Wendy Talton, move coordinator, Ricky Bell van driver and his crew were all outstanding in their jobs. If you are looking to move make ADSI your first call. In addition, they beat all my other estimates by a significant amount.

We started out by having the estimator come out like everyone does. He went through all our rooms, documented our stuff to be packed plus furniture and even looked under our kitchen and bathroom sinks for stuff under there. We were told that packing would begin on June 1, they'd leave us the bed and bathroom stuff plus our TV and couch so we'd have something to do that evening and would come back for it on June 2.
Our price to pack and move to TN was $6200 for a two bedroom house with only one bedroom set. We were also told we'd get our stuff between June 4-7 with the 7th being the "everything goes wrong" option. On packing day one only two guys showed up and the driver told us he was scheduled to leave out that day and didn't know that we were supposed to have them come back the next day to finish.
We were also told we wouldn't get our stuff until the 7th. Plus he didn't seem to know what all needed packing. Not his fault, but rather a fault on management not properly communicating. They packed our kitchen, living room, laundry room, bathroom, office, and bedroom. By the time they told us they could come back tomorrow the bathroom and half the bedroom had already been packed so we just said fine we'd leave tonight.
Eventually two more guys showed up to help load. And around 5:30 I noticed they were more than eager to go home even though I found one guy sitting in our office chair on his phone several times throughout the day. We also discovered from our realtor that two whole drawers of our kitchen was missed. June 7th rolls around and the two guys who were meant to unload no showed so we had to wait an hour with the driver and the truck at our new place.
The Knoxville unloaders were great, they were careful and nice. But sadly upon inspection of our furniture and boxes I found that our bed frame hadn't been wrapped so multiple knicks and scratches on the paint, my extremely hard to find poster was just shoved into the truck and it and its frame is now bent. The guy who packed my shoes just threw them all into a box, no paper, so all my dress shoes were mixed in with my dirty work shoes. Pictures were used as the bottom of boxes with no paper and one box just had a random assortment of things unwrapped including a mason jar.
Our sheets were shoved into a box with a lamp and a single pillow with pillowcase just went into the truck. Some of my linens, in quilt bags, were just throw into the truck and two of the bags are now ripped and useless. One box had our toaster oven, a giant wall hanging, and some throw pillows. I'm disgusted with the "service" we received and would not recommend this company whatsoever. It was not worth the money, the hassle, or the headache.

We were so thankful to work with ADSI Moving Systems. Our move from NC to GA was a stressful time in our lives. From the beginning conversation with Jason to the consistent and reassuring communication with Wendy we were in good hands. The team that came and loaded the truck were the same ones that unloaded and they were the best - very efficient and attentive to our needs. We would definitely use this company again.

I highly recommend ADSI for all of your moving & storing needs. They are locally owned/operated, multi-generational business, active & supportive in the communities they serve, members of multiple Chambers of Commerce and have won numerous local business awards, including Business of the Year in Columbia County! Josh Keck recently joined the company, and like every member of the ADSI team, exhibits the highest level of work ethic & integrity. You will NOT be disappointed!

ADSI provided great service and care from start to finish in our move from Charlotte to Augusta. This was the first time we had arranged a move for ourselves and the entire experience was first class. They worked very closely with us since our home closing dates kept changing to accommodate our final moving date. The actual moving crew made sure everything was protected and the house we just sold remained in perfect condition. I'd recommend ADSI Moving to anyone who asks!

Super company to work with! Jim Thorpe, Rachel Moore, and team are awesome! We recently moved to a larger office space and ADSI made it extremely easy. We did not have enough room to receive all of our new furniture at once so we ended up having it all shipped to ADSI's warehouse. They would send me daily updates with all the furniture they had received.
Once they received everything they brought it from their warehouse to our new office space, assembled everything, and hauled away all of the packaging. Once they had our new furniture setup they went to our old office, disassembled all of the furniture, loaded it up, brought it to our new space, and reassembled. We ended up with loads of paperwork that needed to be discarded so they sent certified personnel over to pick it up and shred. They made the entire move hassle free for my team and me. These are the pros!

After many military and personal moves this was by far thee best experience my family ever had! Not ONE item was broken or lost! The crew was incredible and made a large family cross country move as easy as humanly possible. Our kids quickly grew attached to the crew and i can't say enough what a family friendly and professional company this is. There is NO better!
