Kathy makes this storage center so great. She has a real feeling of ownership. She is constantly on top of making sure it is clean & safe. From the moment I walked in unsure is I wanted to rent a unit, she had the perfect balance of friendly and professional. We're no longer renting this unit because we have moved out of the area. The facility managers in our new area could learn a lot from Kathy. If you need a storage unit in the Augusta area, pick Summitt. You'll be glad you did.

I reserved a unit online with ease for a cheaper rate than anything else I saw in the Augusta area. When I went to the office to finish the paperwork and start moving my stuff in, Kathy the manager was there and was hospitality personified. Super friendly and helpful, able to answer all my questions, and even when she's busy helping lots of people she still takes time to help everyone with a smile.

HANDS DOWN- The best- most well ran storage facility in town! Kathy has gone above and beyond to ensure the facility has been ran so amazingly! It's a must that u store here! I have a 10x10 unit here and the property has ALWAYS been maintained to a high standard! Very clean- very friendly, courteous, professional service! U can't go wrong with having your items stored in one of the units.
There's climate controlled units as well as other various outdoor units that are available. I can not say enough about the safety and cleanliness of this property! Plus it's right off the interstate - very conveniently located! Give Kathy a call to get set up and you will NOT be disappointed!

Mrs. Kathy, Williams was absolutely amazing! She helped me through the whole process while giving me advice on different security options and making me feel comfortable. This was the first time I ever looked into getting a storage unit and she made it feel like a walk in the park. I would recommend her services to any of my friends looking into renting a storage unit for the first time. Very friendly and professional!

At first I was a little disappointed because I was having so much trouble trying to secure a unit online until the onsite manager, Kathy Williams, got in touch with me. She asked me if I could stop by the location. I'm glad I did. She was super personable, showed me around the property, and also showed me my unit. I prefer the in person process so much more! Outside of that the property is very clean, well lit, and has cameras. If your looking for a storage unit, I would highly recommend this place!

Met with Kathy on a rainy afternoon, She is very professional and courteous. She gladly showed us several units and rode my family around on the golf cart. This is definitely the go to storage facility in Augusta Ga and I was amazed at how clean and well kept everything on the property was. I wish all facilities were this exceptional!

Exceptional customer service by Kathy! I've never felt good about needing to store any of my personal belongings anywhere. I needed something in a pinch for things I did not have room for during my move. Kathy was accommodating and made me feel so good and secure about storing my things there. Moving is stressful and finding the right place for storage is just as important. I called Summit Self Storage and spoke with Kathy Williams the store manager. She was polite, professional and helped us through the process of storing our home contents. When we arrived I was extremely pleased with the cleanliness of the property. Kathy is extremely professional and personable. It's very nice to have a manager who takes care and a hands on approach to business. We've been very pleased with the storage unit and how K Kathy keeps the property maintained. Our experience with renting several storage units from Summit was the best, and that was due-largely in part to Kathy, the facility manager. The communication & pricing was great from the beginning, and we couldn't have asked for anything more. Best storage facility in town, with a great staff. Kathy was a pleasure to work with, and was able to get us exactly what we needed to store our belongings.
