R&L was set to deliver an oversized item to my house from an online store, but there was some confusion on the loading dock and the package ended up going towards the wrong destination. Angie managed to get it resolved very quickly and saved the day. She was very pleasant to work with, and called me multiple times with various updates to coordinate final delivery.

Horrible service. The guy that delivered my order was very disrespectful to me and to the other guys that was working in my house at the time of the delivery. When I asked him to put my order in the garage he start to ask if we were going to pay him because the service was free. After I told him that he was being recording and asked him to be more respectful he started yelling to my camera that it was free and told me that he did not care. As you all can see in the photos. I tried to upload the video but it did not come through.

We have been told for 3 days now that our shipment would be delivered. We are still waiting although each and every day they told us it would arrive that day. We still DO not have our shipment! Please contact us so we can arrange another carrier to do delivery. Our shipment made it from Ohio but can't get it out of RL carriers warehouse! Not happy.

Floor manager is a nice guy. Other than that this place needs more space. I dont understand why a billion dollar company cant expand it's yard. There were so many tractors parked everywhere I couldn't back my sleeper tractor and thrailer into the dock. Theres only one way to enter and one way to exit, but make sure you dont hit any parked thrailers or one of the 10 yard jockeys.
This place is a disaster. They have about 15-20 forklift drivers but one restroom for them on top of that it will be about a 2-3 hour wait!. Absolutely terrible I would hate working here. Someone should tell Mr. Ralph that this place needs work.

The first time they were scheduled to Come pick up my item they never showed. The second time I called them 2,3 times throughout the day just to make sure they were still coming. Mind you I apologized every time I called For bothering them but was just concerned they wouldn't show up again. The last time I called they were rude to me. Jeff said "it's not my job to help you right now". Um what?
I understand I took 3 minutes of your whole work day however I was polite and apologetic every time I called. Definitely didn't deserve that type of response. They also gave me a time between 8am-5pm. Not only did I not receive a call at least 30 Minutes prior to them arriving but the driver showed up at 7pm.

The driver wouldn't pull up my driveway, I assume because she didn't know how to drive and couldn't back up or turn around with plenty of room to do so(she wouldn't say that was the reason but we've had bigger packages delivered in the past with 0 issues with bigger vehicles), to deliver a package to us. Then she continued, very rudely, saying she wouldn't unload our package until we signed. Wouldn't recommend this shipping company to anyone until they either retrain or replace certain employees of theirs.
