Secure compound, clean grounds, efficient and friendly staff, especially Derek, who helped me and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this place.

Clean and professionally run. Has perfect dump station for RVs. Drawbacks are the limited hours to access and return your RV and the fact that many RVs get their catalytic converters stolen recently.

We've been customers for about 4 years now. The property is clean, easily accessible, well lit and overall really well managed. There was a storm on 10/24, a level 4/5. We live nearby and the entire area was impacted, including residential. Thankfully our storage unit did not incur water damage.

I have rented a unit from Abba for about ten years and the customer service is great. The prices are about the same as everyone else's but they place more importance on security of the facility.

Been storing my stuff there for 3 years now had no problem so far keep up the good work guys

The best experience I've had EVER renting a storage place. Both Derrik and Jennifer go out of there way to treat you nice. Both super personable and take care of you. Forget the big chain places that get you in and out. Totally felt like I was dealing with friends not strangers. Thank you!

After going to over 10 storage places we decided to store here. 24-hour on-site security was our number one reason. Customer service was excellent. Grounds were clean and the price was competitive.

I spoke with Jennifer and made an appointment. I went there and the waste station is on an island/ sidewalk so it is NOT on the ground. She informed me of this and said it might not work. I left and got some leveling blocks at WaLMart and went back. Jennifer was so nice she helped guide me onto the leveling blocks. She was very helpful and professional.

She was in the middle of mopping the floors so this place is clean. Give Jennifer a shout out, she was awesome! I will definitely go back. Thanks for all of your help Jennifer!

Super convenient location and great service! We went to empty our new RV black tank and grey tank. It's really easy to navigate in. There are multiple stations so if someone came behind us, we wouldn't have felt rushed to finish. The person answering the phone answered all my questions. It's a really big location so getting in and out with our huge bus was no problem. Would definitely recommend it!

I'm new to having a storage unit. I've had such an awesome experience with Jennifer! It's was tricky due to the Covid-19 situation and she made sure I had clear instructions and has been super responsive. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I highly recommend ABBA and Jennifer!

Highly recommend this facility, became a customer in 2018, the staff were very helpful, professional and patient. Location grounds are neat, well maintained for such a huge compound. The office is warm and inviting, comfortable and spacious with great decor. All in all a pleasure to store my extras at.

This is a clean facility with a friendly staff. Derrick and Leo are great and prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend if you are looking for storage. They also have a box truck you can rent from them that's very affordable.

I continue to be completely impressed by Abba Self Storage. I have had many storage units over the years, Abba is the most organized, efficient and intelligent self storage I've ever seen. So happy to have found ABBA! I live in my RV full time and travel around the country. However, I am currently staying with a family member in Walnut Creek and they can provide me with water, electric, and watering their garden with my gray water but no place to dump my black water. I have found this part of the country about the least RV friendly anywhere.

Not only are there very few resources for RVs, people don't know where to refer you. I was having to drive to the Alameda Fair Grounds to dump my tanks every month. Now, that I have found ABBA, it takes me half the time and their set up is extremely easy and convenient to use. Plus, all the staff is friendly and helpful.

The best self storage I used, the storage is very clean and nice very organized and safe and easy to access the prices are reasonable and they work with you to give you the best deals and discount The manager there Derrick is amazing very very nice and helpful and friendly. Jennifer was awesome to work with. She showed us various storage options and was very helpful with answering our questions. We had concerns about maneuvering an item through the inside storage hallways and Jennifer helped us with a tape measure to do a dry run of entering and turning the corner. The facility is clean and secure. Nice that there are two gates available to enter and exit. Thanks Jennifer!

We had a fantastic experience with ABBA storage today, thanks to Jennifer Feeney. Jennifer provided professional and friendly customer service today and went above and beyond for us finding a place to store our truck. I can highly recommend ABBA.

Ok, Lets keep it short and sweet. As long as I'm in the city limits this is and will be my go to storage! Not going to mention any names. (Derek AKA Mr. D) Very professional takes care of business good people person, the business will continue to do well as long as he's around. hats off to the staff in general. Go Abba. J

Clean, Secure and Professional. Derrick Brand the manager, was very efficient and professional. The facility was well-run and impressive. Their rates were competitive. You may be able to get discounts e.g. 5% for seniors. They are not automatic, you have to ask for them. The only improvements that I can recommend are: (1) Allow contract paperwork to be executed by phone/fax/email rather than in person.

So that one is not required to drive out there multiple times. (2) Have electrical outlets near the units so that one may plug in a fan while using the lockers in the 100+ degree heat. In addition, his recommendation of movers (JC Express) was similarly on target. I highly recommend this business.

Nice clean facility. good access. Keypad entry and exit is nice, eliminates the sneak-in "guests." No longer using a unit there, though when need arises again, I'll be back.

Great place! Convenient hours, multiple entrances, unit options, friendly staff, and you get a free lock when you check in! I've been a customer here for years. I constantly utilize my storage space. I had no idea how useful it was until I started renting one. Two thumbs up!

Abba is a good storage facility. They have security systems in place to help protect your specific unit as well as sensors around the property that help detect an intruder on foot. Place is kept clean and free of debris as you can see the guy driving around on his golf cart. 2 gates can access from both ends. My only critical feedback would be the gate hours of the office gate.

See pic for gate hours. I live almost right outside the main office gate. When it is on lockdown I have to drive all the way around to the other gate. So instead of a 2 min drive its a 10 min drive.

I did not have any issues with this facility. I stored my car there in a secure garage. The facility has 24 hour video surveillance. The staff was very friendly. The blond girl as well as the Latina girl were very friendly and helpful to assist me with any questions or help I needed. Though one may argue at the other one. They offer credit auto pay so you never have to worry about getting your payment in on time, it does it for you! The only con I can think of is that I found a couple of cockroaches every now and then disgusting! Would come back here in the future if I needed too!

I have been storing a vehicle here since last year. I read the yelp reviews and was a little leery but the location was close and they had availability. The previous manager Jeff gave me a hard time once for following someone in the gate without entering code but otherwise had no issues. Today i decided to switch spaces and spoke to Melissa who is the new manager there.

What a breath of fresh air. I spoke to her on the phone and in person and she was very helpful and accommodating. She also shared with me a cool phone app. It's called Easycode. You download it for free, get the access codes from the office, and you can open either gate during hours with your phone without having to get out and press the keypad code in. How cool is that? It only works when you are on location but is a great amenity.

I don't have wide experience with storage facilities, but this has been a good one. We had to suddenly downsize and put some things into storage, and this looked like a good place. It has been a very good place for us. Clean, dry, well taken care of, and a good use of that little strip of land between the houses and creek. Storage units are on one side, RV parking on the other.

I don't bug the managers unless I need to. And a few times, I've needed to: moving to a smaller unit, renting the truck, changing payment methods. They have been helpful and accommodating every time. Two notes: (1) There are two entrances. They are sticklers about needing to punch in the code to get in AND out, and don't take kindly to piggybacking on someone else. Security, y'know. (2) It is not 24-hour access. I think if you get in too late, you may find yourself locked in! A good place to use if you need to.
