Josh, Gary, Steven, and Blake were wonderful! They were kind and efficient and treated all of our items with care. Very organized and pleasant, and they were willing to place our boxes and furniture wherever we asked. Additionally they finished early, so we paid less than quoted. Starting with Mindy in the office: a very professional and hard working representative who makes a reassuring and knowledgeable first impression for White Glove Mover's in Marion. On the day of the move, the workers actually showed up a little early! All of them are very pleasant, hard-working and quick. I was amazed how much they accomplished in a short amount of time.

There were a couple of small accidents--one involving a crack in the glass of a china closet door and another where a dolly dropped onto a wall causing a gouge and scrape. Both the workers and Mindy were quick to assure me that the repairs would be taken care of by White Glove, and so they were (up to a point). The cracked glass was beautifully replaced.

While the gouge and scrape in my wall was quickly repaired by a professional, Mike, (the owner of White Glove), did not deem it necessary to finish the job by making an attempt to match the existing paint in the room. It has been left to me to bring home samples and purchase the paint to cover the repaired area. Mike's opinion was that the room would be repainted anyway. This may be true but I just wasn't planning on it this soon. If it wasn't for this little hiccup--I wholeheartedly would have given 5 stars.

Not available for hire. But very nice on the phone. Updated 05.21 I have to say that once again I was impressed by the lady who takes the incoming calls and schedules the appointments. She was and has been very good to work with and is good-natured. As for the two separate crews that my particular job required, both of which were so professional and courteous from the moment they arrived at my property.

Every item was handled with extreme caution and diligence to prevent any harm. I can not say enough good things about the Marion White-Glove movers. Thank you for treating my items and home as if it were your own. Al Hartl Marion IA

Josh, Britain and Carson did our move and I can't say enough great things about these guys! It was by far the best money I have ever spent and it was reasonable money at that! The guys were on time, very fast, super careful with my stuff, extremely professional and well, just awesome! I don't ever want to move again but if I did, I would absolutely hire these guys! I was extremely impressed with the combination of speed and care White Glove showed in our move. We were easily expecting 4-5 hours of work and it was completed in 2. The crew was professional, funny, efficient, and careful. They were an absolute joy to have involved in our process and I highly recommend them for a move.

They are very reasonable, confirmed my appointment, showed up on time, very friendly service and Shawn, Mitch and Martin worked VERY hard in some brutal heat and never skipped a beat plus they were very pleasant to work with. When the 2020 derecho hit we had to move our office furniture, equipment, and files into storage while our building was repaired. The White Glove team did a great job moving our office out of storage and into our new space. They were professional, polite, and very capable, including getting some very heavy and awkward items up a steep, narrow staircase.

Between that and their ability to get our move done within about 10 days of calling, and at a price that was less than the competition, White Glove made this an overall very satisfactory experience.

Colton, Andrew and Dustin did a fantastic job. They showed up early on a rainy day, rolled out mats to protect our hardwood floors. We had them move some heavy furniture to our new house and they were very professional. We have used White Glove Movers in the past and they just keep getting better each time. Highly recommended, and I will tell all my friends about this great moving company.

You can expect timely, highly professional care of your belongings, a remarkably efficient system, and courteous customer service from start to finish. Josh and Colton with White Glove Movers did a great job! They were friendly, professional and very efficient. Within a matter of minutes they had swapped our living room furniture with our basement furniture including a sofa, two chairs, end tables and a large sectional. We had Josh and Colton come today to move furniture and appliances in preparation for new floors! They were awesome! It would have taken us forever to move all that they moved in just over an hour. They moved appliances, including a huge refrigerator, tables, sofas, antique furniture, etc. So efficient and not a scratch! Thanks guys!

White Glove Movers. The movers were courteous, however they poorly packed our moving Pods. Furniture was not secure to the walls, They did not use sufficient moving blankets, ratchet straps and shrink wrap that was provided to them when they loaded the PODs. When I called them about the damages, the office manager wanted to blame PODs. I called back again later after I sent the pictures of the damage. The director took zero responsibility for the poor loading. If you want your items loaded like this, then hire them, if not hire another company.
