We've got degrees in Criminal Justice and Music and History. We're massage therapists and comic book makers and math whizzes. We might even bore you with arcane facts about little-known or long-forgotten Civil War Generals. We're movers by chance but also by choice. We love the physical challenge, the team work, the righteous feeling of a tired body at the end of a hard day's work.
What began as a gift has turned into a small business that supports a growing community of friends and coworkers on their way to visiting every county in the lower 48! None of us ever expected to be movers, and that includes the owners. But we love the satisfaction of a hard day's work done well, and the gratitude of a customer whose expectations were exceeded.
We pride ourselves on taking great care of our customers, from the first phone call, to prepping your home to keep your floors and bannisters safe, to our post-move call to make sure everything went swimmingly. The first rule of moving? You don't talk about moving. No, wait, that's Fight Club. The first rule of moving is that if something you own can fit in a box, it should go in a box. Why? It's safer of course. And more organized. And all those beautiful 90-degree edges are our best friends when it comes to stacking things safely on a moving truck.

Our moving team was awesome in every way. They were prompt, communicated well (e.g., emailing ahead of time with tips for preparing and what to expect, texting us the day of to keep us updated) and worked hard. Our new home has a complex layout requiring them to move the truck to two different entrances easily unload and lots of organization to make that work.
Despite the extra challenge they worked hard and finished an hour earlier than we expected. They were also very considerate and careful with our items. We have used a few other moving companies and Adamantine is the first company we would rehire (and we plan to for our next move). Thank you Ian, Tyler, and Jeff!

Our move to Kansas City was stressful but they made the moving portion a breeze! Every single person we dealt with from set up to the actual move was kind, friendly, & accommodating! I can't say enough how friendly & personable every single person was. They worked to make sure we received our stuff on our closing date & even blocked off the following day for us in case there was any hiccups.
You don't find this kind of service much any more & we are so appreciative! This company is a 10+, choose them & you won't be disappointed! Our move actually came in less than our original quote also which is very rare.

My Spine Movers were friendly and communicative. They were constantly jumping in to take tasks off my hands and trying to do everything possible to make the move easier. This included bearing with me as I had a major panic attack over losing track of medications I improperly packed away. We had to cut open multiple boxes and they had to reseal them.
They did so with a reassuring good humor. They complimented our new home (modest as it is) quickly off-loaded our goods providing special protective mats for the wood floors. A nice touch. It was a quick, professional short move that left me impressed and grateful. Tomorrow I will be calling them about helping me get rid of all my boxes.

Our experience with Adamantine Spine placed them far out ahead of the other 12 moves we've made in our 42 years of marriage. The opening inquiry was responded to the same day. Emily then discussed our needs, confirming a good fit and scheduled her virtual walk through in short order. During the walk through she was meticulous and asked great questions and clarified many situations.
Their quote was not the cheapest by a bit, but it was so inclusive to include the full value insurance being their standard, and their level of detail on the survey offering confidence in the estimate process. (spoiler alert: the estimate is exactly what we paid). The packing team was so careful and thorough, not a break in the move to include over 50 very expensive vases, plus the usual breakables.
Nothing was lost, everything reassembled as they found it, no hanging out on their cell phones and very clear in communicating. The cross country drivers (Dalton and Ethan) worked tirelessly and carefully offloading and unpacking/reassembling. So patient, agreeable and eager to make things right (only my wife was able to be there which took the pressure off of her too). They asked for a way they could improve.we can't think of a single thing. Thanks Adamantine team!

I was in a hurry to find a new place and get moved and Adamantine Spine took a lot of the stress out of my move. They were very careful with my things and labeled the boxes nicely so I could find stuff after moving. I especially appreciated their responsiveness and communication. I got a heads up when they were on their way and when they were close to arriving, which was right during the expected window.
The quote range they provided was below what I ended up being charged, but I had them pack for me and was unable to provide photos in advance, so that's probably why. Spine isn't the absolute cheapest you can find, but they're not outrageously expensive and then you don't have to worry! Definitely worth it to me and I will use them again if I'm ever moving within/from the area.

Recently moved to a 1 BR in Minneapolis from Iowa City. I was really intimidated by the whole process of moving to a new state, but Adamantine made it as easy as possible. I had never worked with movers before, so I still elected to pack up my own stuff, but they helped with last-minute and/or complicated things that I didn't have boxes for (TV, bike, keyboard, etc).
The movers worked quite fast, with everything loaded onto the truck in about 2.5 hours. Adamantine was able to get my stuff to me the day after they packed it up, which was really helpful for me. All of the movers were very friendly, professional and wanted to help in whatever way they could. I would definitely recommend!
