Its founder, Maury Westerdale, recognized the need for a commercial truck lease program for self managed local rental trucks, allowing the owner/operator to set their own rates and advertise their company at the same time. The ingenuity of Maury evolved into a turnkey truck lease program that launched On The Move, Inc. into the fourth largest truck rental fleet in the United States. Although the original target market for rental truck leasing was the Self-Storage industry, other industries began to discover the advantages of On The Move, Inc.

On The Move has put its over 30 years of experience in storage and truck leasing to work for the benefit of our licensees. Experience has led On The Move to engineer exclusive truck features that make our trucks the best in the industry. Our 14' and 15' trucks are our most sold vehicles but by no means the only trucks we offer.
On The Move's Insurance License Program offers access to a highly dynamic rental truck insurance program so you have peace of mind while your customers are driving your truck. Our Insurance License Program is specifically designed for commercial truck owners and licensees to be able to rent-out their vehicles to clients.
Zero-basing generates income for your business by allowing other local companies to advertise on your truck. We recommend soliciting companies with whom you already do business to advertise on the back door. Zero-basing can translate into a FREE TRUCK for you. The amount you charge for monthly or yearly advertising space is completely up to you, but our customers charge an average of $100-$300 a month. All our truck wrapping prints use UV-resistant, over-laminate sheets that protect against scuffs, chemicals, etc.

I couldn't be happier with our truck from On The Move! Tim Moranz helped us through the entire process and was ever so patient with getting us in the door. Our truck stands out for our clients. Not only is our truck for our buyers and sellers but we also do charity work with it. I'm so grateful for Tim and his team, David Nasis also was a pleasure. I'm so grateful to have been referred and can't wait to purchase our next truck!

Chuck the guy that sold me a 2005 chevy suburban gave me in writing a discription saying everything worked great just cosmetic damage. Turns out there was alot of things wrong with it including 2 sensors 2 washer fluid pumps not working and leaking and bad u-joints. Abunch of liars and will not only not recommend but disparage friends, family, and fellow veterans from going there.
