Everyone I dealt with at Turner was competent, diligent and professional, including the Receptionist, the Estimator and the four Men on the moving crew. Everyone was unfailingly pleasant despite a few minor stressors and they got the job done on time and well below their already-reasonable estimate. I recommend them unreservedly.

We sold our home of 44 years in Napa to move near family in Virginia. Our new home is under construction so Turner is storing our belongings until they arrange shipment across country. Everyone at Turner, from the estimator, through the office team to the packing/moving team were extremely professional and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed working with the Turner team and highly recommend them.

Our new Virginia home has now been completed and our belongings delivered after they were stored for 6 months to Richmond Virginia by their driver Pete. He was as friendly and professional as the rest of the Turner team. They made a difficult cross-country move much easier!

When the moving crew showed up, they were friendly, professional and efficient. They took great care wrapping and protecting my belongings. We moved into storage, and I'm relieved to know that Turner will be moving me into my new home in a few months.

The whole procss with Turner Moving & Storage has been smooth as silk! First an appraiser came to the house to see what we would be moving and a date was scheduled. Because our new home was not yet ready to move into, Turner Moving worked with us to change our plan and arranged to store our items until a later date. On moving day, Brandon, Russ, Juan and Abraham arrived on time with the moving vans.

They walked through the house with me for an overview on what to pack and what not to pack, then they got busy! It was amazing to watch them work! They were all so pleasant and, if they were unsure about something, they came to me and asked for verification, something that I greatly appreciated! The first day was packing boxes. The next day the trucks were loaded.

The guys went the extra mile by loading up the outdoor furniture in the back of the truck and delivering it to the new house where they carried it UP all the stairs and placed it around the pool! In my opinion they went above and beyond and they were so wonderful to work with! Everyone was just wonderful to work with and incredibly responsive, (Joel who came out to do the estimate, Shalyn who handles the office and communication and all the movers), and I am so happy that we chose Turner Moving and Storage to handle our move!

Turner Moving and Storage was not the cheapest mover but, beyond a doubt the best and most professional moving agency I've ever been involved with. They are a family owned business for many years and every aspect was very detailed and professional. Their warehouse storage facility is very clean and organized. Our furniture was handled with extreme care. The communication from the office staff was excellent and very responsive.

Easy to work with, Covid issues were easily handled and well done. I was moving into a house that was not ready when my furniture arrived - no problem for Turner. Had some delicate stuff, all handled without issue. Live in the mountains and access to my property a challenge - no problem for Turner. High on my list for service and quality of personnel!

I was so nervous when planning my whole house move completely across the country. I had done so once before with another well-known company and had a very bad experience where my belongings were 6 weeks late and showed up severely damaged. The crew at Turner moving put me right at ease. Even when adding my vehicle for transport, at the very last minute, I was told it wasn't a problem and the company quickly accommodated my request. Kudos to Shalyn who was very professional, organized and efficient when orchestrating and coordinating my long-distance move. And, Randy, who sold me on the company, answering all of my numerous questions, and then assisted in packing my belongings.

He was very detailed and took great care when packing, even building custom boxes for some of my belongings. The moving crew was amazing! Brandon, Juan and Adrian showed up exactly at the prearranged time, and presented as very professional and courteous. I was confident in their abilities right away with the care they showed to my home and belongings when moving my things to the Turner warehouse (reflected the company as a whole as it was amazingly clean, neat and organized). Pete, the driver was in contact with me the whole way as after he picked up my belongings from storage and transported them across the county.

He actually showed up exactly on the day and time that he had communicated to me and gave me plenty of advanced notice so I could well-prepare. Pete also took care as he supervised the final delivery of my belongings to my home. Overall, the entire crew was professional, detailed and communicated very well. The entire move went smoothly without any issues. I would not hesitate to call this crew again, in a second, if I had to do it all over. Thank you!

We were shipping some furniture to our Granddaughter in Mesilla Park and to our daughter in Monument, two different remote locations in New Mexico. The loading of the furniture was very efficient and professional. Both our granddaughter and daughter raved about the delivery and set up of the furniture and how great everyone was. I would highly recommend Turner Moving & Storage, we will be using them again next month.

The best thing about our move was the mover! We had a very complicated move with multiple buildings, high-end art and furniture, and various items going various places. Turner was amazingly good through the entire process. Even our being evacuated during a forest fire did not phase them. I recommend them without reservation. They are a wonderful family-owned business.

A big move. Lots of stuff. Very anxious about it. A friend who had recently moved recommended Turner. I'm so glad he did. Easy to work with. Patient. Informative. Explained things well in terms I could understand. Shalyn was the best! The estimate was spot on (the actual cost came in a little less than the estimate). The packing crew was there two days. Efficient, friendly, guys.

Very pleased. Likewise, the loading crew. They loaded the truck in 3 hours. Scott, our driver, was great as well. They also transported one of our cars. Our stuff is in storage in Albuquerque right now (though we picked up the car), as the house we bought here is not finished and we're in a furnished rental. I hope the Albuquerque company is as good as Turner when they deliver our goods! Highly recommended. And worth every penny!

They keep raising the bar. I have worked with Turner before and have never been disappointed. However, this last time we worked with Turner, the crew's "outside the box" thinking to get the job done exceeded our expectations. We stored a lot of furniture with Turner Moving in June 2019. We asked them to deliver it to our home in San Francisco on July 31, 2020. First, everything was clean and undamaged Second, they arrived early as promised and carefully move things to places around our house on many floors. A superb job. We were overjoyed. This is the second time that Turner has moved me. From beginning to end they have been incredibly professional, helpful and courteous. Leslie, the estimator was very accurate and helpful, their "crew" did an amazing job - nothing was too much trouble, and Shalyn the Office Manager was very good at following up. This was my first time using any type of movers, Sondra was very helpful and attentive to my millions of questions I couldn't have felt more comfortable. Then the amazing guys Cody, Eric and Juan for lugging all my stuff down 3 stories! Very professional and great attitudes made me feel a lot more at ease with my move. Also Robert that delivered all my thing to Oregon in the pouring rain a couple days before Christmas was great also. I will always recommend using your services for anyone's moving needs! Many items broken, boxes smashed. Shared the truck with another family and cost wasn't reduced. Couldn't even get a straight answer when we inquired about it. We do believe that for 12,000.00 plus dollars we should have gotten much better than that. Scott.was good. We believe it was the guys that packed the truck. You could see boxes were smashed and some even split open. Yes, we signed saying everything was here and okay but really hard to determine until you start unpacking. Movers. especially out of state. BEWARE! FYI, we packed everything ourselves and spent alot of money on newsprint, bubble wrap and air pillows plus our own linens.

It was very well packed. Again, movers BEWARE! Thank you. There are other movers than will SHARE THE COST if you're sharing a truck. I, personally would never use this company if I had to move again!

Wow! So dealing with moving companies can sometimes not be the best situation. I called THREE other movers who wouldn't do it. I had a certain time window and special situation. Shaylyn was WONDERFUL. Thoughtful, considerate, informative and helped secure the van and then men. She accommodated a unique situation and was so so helpful. Day of: three nice looking guys, arrived right on the dot. Were understanding when I couldn't find which apt number I was looking for. Loaded up the furniture super quick and professionally. Taking great care with my things.

Then arrived at the drop off point right away. It was SO easy. All done in less that 30 minutes. It couldn't have been a better experience. Will always call Turner first when I need these things done.

I contacted Turner Moving and Storage for an estimate because I liked the fact that they have these vaults for storing things which are actually less per month than a 10x15 storage unit. I only had two bedrooms of furniture, a couch, and 2 mattress and box springs and they wanted over $2,000 to move this which included the price of storage for the first month for 2 vaults.

They said if I didn't want to move my furniture to their facility and store it, it would cost about $1400.hmmmm, really? I just couldn't see how it could cost that much! My realtor recommended a guy she has used in the past which her clients were VERY happy with that moved me today for under $300 out the door. That's so much more reasonable.

I had to move my mother out of her apartment at the Meadows due to her decling health, I was so stressed by her problems I was not looking forward to herding a bunch of moving men. Wow, was I surprised. My first call was answered by Shalyn, who became my contact person. She was so friendly and professional, she made the appointment for the estimate and I immediately had an email message confirming the day and time.

The estimator, Leslie was on time and equally as professional. So far everone was so nice and my stress levels were dropping even though I was driving two hours a day to see mom in the skilled nursing facility and dealing with care issues. But now comes the actual packing and moving. Last time we moved fro the house in Yountville we used Holmes, because everyone else was booked.

Those moving men were smoking dope in the truck and we didn't finish moving into the Meadows apartment until 11:30 at night! What a difference the Turner men were. I can't say enough positive words of appreciation for how smooth they made the whole process. Cody, Juan, Brandon and Eric were bright, well spoken and hard working. They made special efforts to give me access to mom's dressers in the storage unit, managing to get all the boxes, etc. into one unit and still keep everything dry as it was pouring rain. I would recommend Turner Moving to anyone, just call in advance to get your date.you won't be disappointed!

I hired Turner Moving & Storage for a local Napa move after another moving company canceled on me the morning of my move. I had made my appointment with the other company a month and a half before the move and thought there was no way I'd be able to find another moving company the same day. I had no idea what to do but found Turner Moving & Storage listed in the local movers online.

I called the number and Shalyn Turner answered and worked through the details with me and said she would see what she could do. When Shalyn called back, she said two movers, Cody and Brandon, would be there within the hour with a truck. I was shocked and incredibly grateful! They showed up looking very professional and were so efficient! They finished my move in a little over 2 hours.

The process was so smooth and they turned what might have been a terrible day, into an awesome one. I would recommend Turner Moving & Storage to everyone I know and I will be using them next time I move. I learned my lesson and will never use anyone else again! I am so incredibly grateful to this moving company.

Family move from Brown's Valley to East Napa. We contracted Turner to move our furniture and other bulky items. ** Bottom line: Excellent move -- professional, courteous, and pleasant. We'd use them again and recommend Turner to anyone planning a move. We received several quotes. Turner's wasn't the cheapest, but we were willing to pay more expecting a more professional service.

We were not disappointed. On moving day, we had a 5-man crew: Brandon, Juan, Cody, Adrian, and Carlos. The fact that i remember their names three days later tells you how impressed I was. They were very considerate of our belongings, were pleasant to be around, very courteous and helpful to us and each other. Everything arrived safely and they patiently reassembled the beds and desks.

They were efficient but not hasty. i was glad to see them take periodic breaks: fatigue causes accidents. I might add we did our part to "help them help us" by marking all the furniture and the new house with post-its so they knew exactly where to place everything. We're a military family who have had many more moves than we can count. Although only a local move without packing and moving household items, we would judge this to be the best move we've had and were very pleased.

We used Turner to move my boss's law practice. It was a such a short move that no truck was necessary. The movers just used dollies. We were very satisfied with their performance. The estimate they gave seemed reasonable and was competitive with other moving companies in town. Their office staff was professional and responded to inquiries quickly.

The movers were at our old office promptly, even a little early. They brought enough people to do the job, and were very careful with our furniture and office equipment. Everyone we dealt with was courteous and energetic.

My family hired Turner for our move from Yountville to Napa. The representative (Leslie) who estimated the fee provided a very reasonable and accurate quote. The office staff was very helpful and friendly with my questions and scheduling. The moving crew (Carl and Juan) were on time and worked hard to move our heavy furniture. A couple pieces are very heavy and required lifting up a flight of stairs. I am very happy with the service we received and recommend Turner Moving & Storage.
