Waters did a great job with my recent pack and store. They were fast, completed much earlier than I thought. My furniture is HEAVY - many pieces are solid wood and they took care to treat it and protect it. They listened to my request to keep the crystal and china (fragile items) without crushing. Looking forward to having them move it out of storage and into my new place! Great job! And convenience by offering move and storage services

Our company has used Waters for multiple projects over the years. This was my first experience working with them. They were timely and professional with attention to detail. Very pleased with my experience.

Both me and my predecessor have used Waters for our office needs for years now. They have helped us rearrange furniture, remove excess trash/furniture, and conducted moves for us. They are always quick to quote, respond and execute the work. The team they send has a ton of experience, are polite and professional, and overall great and easy to work with. I'd highly recommend Waters for your commercial moving needs.

Moving is never easy, but they made it a lot easier! They started with an in-home evaluation, followed by a cost estimate (which was right on the mark). They delivered plastic bins with lids instead of cardboard boxes, and then picked them up after the move. The bins had a greater capacity and were stronger than boxes. Their estimate of bins needed was right on too.

The movers were on time and worked efficiently and rapidly. Very friendly and anxious to do a good job. Nothing broken or lost. We've moved many times, but Waters did the best job, by far. What more could you ask?

I have used Waters for several moves in the past, both for my office and home. They have a very efficient system for moving so that nothing gets broken or left behind. I would definitely use them again in the future.

I used Waters to move out of my house and to store my belongings until my new house is ready. Overall it went well. They took great care of the furniture. I have a couple of pieces that are over 100 years old. Everything was wrapped well and I felt comfortable with sending it on its way to storage. I did experience a couple of hiccups when I called to ask about pricing and reserving the day of the move/cost of storage.

When I called to reserve a day, I was given earliest available dates- I picked one and started planning around the day. When I was visited by a representative who would list what was being over etc- I was told I didn't have a date confirmed. That was confusing because I thought I had confirmed a move date. The date was quickly confirmed and the planning continued.

Over the phone I was told the price of storage was $70.00 per month but it is actually 70.00 per storage unit and in my case 250.00 per month. I would recommend someone different answering the phone or being transferred to someone who can provide correct information. Overall communication has been great once my items left my house. The move was confirmed.

I feel confident I can call with any questions and that my belongings are well cared for. They were packed, labeled and inventoried. Thank you for helping make my move easy. 10/21- my items were delivered from storage in perfect condition. The delivery date was confirmed and the driver called when he was on his way. Within an hour all my items were in the house and assembled. Thanks so much. I would recommend Waters as well as use them again! They made the moving and storage process much easier.

My husband and I stopped by unexpectedly. They are clean and well spaced for social distancing. Employees are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They are genuinely nice. Bill went above and beyond to help us. We are very happy and we will be repeat customers.

We had never used movers before and we were trying to be cost effective so we got several bids and our experience with Waters was the best from start to finish. They sent a sales person out to get a realistic quote and he was very helpful in showing me how to save money and developed plan that fit our budget. Our closing date got moved and the team was able to figure out how to get our move in even though they were super busy.

They dropped bins off which saved money as we did not need to buy as many boxes and our belongings were much better secured in the thick plastic bins. The crew they sent were amazing. They were hard working, had a great leader and second in command and were just a joy to have around. We were almost sad to see the crew go at the end of a very long day. I needed extra time to clear my bins out and they team was so friendly when I dropped them off. Great experience, this team should be very proud!

A few days after we put our house up for sale we were contacted by Waters. I saved the message. Three months later we contacted several moving companies, and chose Waters. Each person we worked with at Waters was professional, patient with our many questions, kind, courteous, careful, focused, and knowledgeable. The three days of packing, loading and unloading went without a hitch and everyone represented Waters in a very positive way, without question. We have recommended Waters friends who are considering moves. That's our ultimate compliment.

Moving is always hard but the crew from Waters made it quick and easy. They were respectful, efficient, and careful with all of the items. Alfredo and his team were on time and got the move done within 5 hours.

This is the first time we've hired a full pack and move and let me tell you, I am never packing again! The Waters team was exceptional. They arrived on time and wore masks on both days. They had the appropriate number of people to make the packing and moving smooth and fast. They even helped out by removing some bookshelves and hardware from our walls. It was great experience and I'm glad I chose them over some of the other companies we considered.

Waters M&S did a great job packing & moving us from CA to WA--met quote and time-line commitment, packed & moved belongings with skill and care, and staff was pleasant & helpful every step of the way.

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS TO MOVE YOU! They charge you for things you never agreed to (ie unauthorized credit card charges). They took complete advantage of our situation, charged more the quoted, sent more guys than necessary, etc. When you call to speak with customer service/mgr they basically tell you it's non negotiable regardless! They cannot even tell me why We received an $800+ charge yet they won't reverse the charge. This company lacks integrity- there are other options when picking your movers!

I can't find the words to describe what an incredibly positive job Tom and Matt did. They called ahead, were actually a little early and hustled! Tom maneuvered the trick into what I thought was an impossible position, probably saving at least 1/2 hour of unloading time. They had suggestions to questions I hadn't even thought of, even helping to decide how my furniture should be arranged. Moving is always stressful and usually unpleasant but if you are looking for the best, call Waters in Martinez. Thanks to Sabrina for her efficiency and pleasant manner.

This is our third time using Waters Moving & Storage. As a local realtor I happily and with confidence recommend them to friends, family and clients regularly. If I could give fewer stars I would. DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE TO STORE ANYTHING OF VALUE! I stored my entire house hold with them when I moved to FL for 3 years. Upon my return, I found 2 full boxes missing. Silver serving platters, sterling silver religious wine cups, family heirlooms and items I'd had most of my life in addition to a box full of kitchen items.

Believe it or not, 10 years later, I'm still finding things I'd forgotten about that were in the boxes. Linda, who was then in the office, made it so difficult to claim the loss, I finally gave up; which is the intention. I was told a BS story about how impossible it would be for them to mix up boxes with other vans coming in. However, a person in the industry with in depth knowledge of this company, said it was a lie and told me how they actually work and that so many complaints have been filed against them, that a very large well known company will no longer allow them to say they are an affiliate of that company.

I can go on but won't waste my time. If you are moving out of state for a while, DON'T ALLOW THEM TO MOVE YOUR HOME ITEMS INTO THEIR FACILITY. You might not see them again. Oh yes, they also broke my turntable.

We had a very good experience with Waters. Good group of people, professional and hard working. We had multiple pick-ups and deliveries for one move, that included using their storage facilities. Not one problem, would certainly use them again.

N searching for a mover, everything went well. I talked to Chris, prices were competitive and made a reservation. The reservation was conformed and the mover were there at 7am. The movers were beyond helpful and truly amazing on a stressful day they were always cool. (Until you read below and they damaged my new house) Then came the problems. The office called me saying that they wanted to check on the service provided.

What a lie! They were calling because I was undercharged and once I got on the phone there was not a care in the world about the service provided only about getting their additional payment as they did not bill me correctly the first time and did not provide a receipt. I find it VERY rude and disrespectful to call and lie about why you are calling.

If the bill is not correct, be honest. I was honest and had no problem paying the correct charges. I did not need to lie or manipulate; however, they do. I really had an excellent experience with the booking agent and the movers, they were all professional and helpful. The real let down, disappointment and change in my mind on the service is when I had to deal with the office.

Watch your bill, get a receipt and remember they are not always being honest! After unpacking I noticed that they damaged a door and the molding moving a chair into a room. There is paint on the chair and damage to the door & molding. It is just absolutely shameful that they did not say anything. So, disrespectful, unprofessional & appalling!

Anthony and his teams were first class professionals at both ends of our move. From packing day to loading and unloading, the Waters Team was efficient, courteous and always willing to provide the little extra help I'd requested. I'd Highly recommend Waters for an out of state relocation.

I first worked with Waters through my employer. They were so good that I had them move some items of mine into storage while I am having some plumbing work completed. They were awesome from the first phone call. I received a quick response. They came out within a few days to give me a bid on the cost. In less than a week, they came and picked my materials up and placed them securely in storage.

They were super quick, but always mindful of the materials. Their storage facility is climate controlled and very secure. I have seen higher storage prices from facilities that have little security and are not climate controlled. After everything was moved, they called me to make certain everything went as I expected. They are high on my list of service providers when so many organizations do not think of the customer. Waters all the way, I highly recommend them.

Waters is the greatest! Used them for house move 15 years ago. Moved us to new house 2 weeks ago. Movers were very skilled and efficient. Moved our upright grand piano with ease. Recommend for local Bay Area moves.

Great group of movers. Very professional. The packing of all the kitchen items saved us hours and all the glass made it intact.

A move with Waters usually starts with a visit by Ed, he's their estimator. After his visit you will already know you are in good hands. After Ed sets the high standards there is no let down all the way through the completion of the move. The packing team (7 for our job) said they would be there by 7:30 and they were right on time. They packed our 4 bedroom house in exactly 3 hours.

No wasted motion, no fooling around, no complaining about the 14 steps that everything had to be carried down. We were moving to Lincoln, CA and they said they would deliver by 8:00 the next morning. Again, right on time with an unloading team of 5 after a two hour drive from Martinez through one of the worst rain storms of the year. On arrival they hit the ground with high energy.

Without the 14 steps this time they unloaded and placed everything right where we told them in exactly two hours. As everyone knows moving is always a stressful event. However, with Waters you are in good hands. They were professional from start to finish. Amazing really!

Ed, Frank, Alfredo and crew made the packing and moving as painless as it can be. What a relief!

I have been using this company for 10+ years, and I have to say the Waters family will make sure the job is done and done right. If you are looking for a commercial moving company to move locations, or clear an entire factory/building for refurbishing they are more than capable of handling anything you could throw at them, trust me. I have also used them for a residential move for my family.

The men were clean, polite, careful and respectful of my personal belongings. I served in the military for 20 years, and I want to commend them for the way they get the job done. I know it is hard and grueling work "I've been there, done that, got the t-shirt, " but these guys move with a sense of purpose (pun intended). There was no waiting around with confused faces or malingering.

They knew what needed to be done, and did it. I would highly recommend this moving company for big jobs. In the past, we have tried to use other companies and had absolute disasters. Not enough men, not enough trucks, and blatant malingering (literally trying to eat up as much of the clock as possible). BOTTOM LINE Waters Moving and Storage is fast, professional, and studious. You have a big job that needs to be done and done right, call them.

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS TO MOVE YOU! They will try and get every last bit of dollar out of you for using their services. They will charge you for things you did not agree to. They will call you over and over and over again almost bi-weekly until you answer their calls! If you want a better and more professional service I suggest using Thrifty Moving in Pleasant Hill or Moovers Inc in Pittsburg. They both have way better pricing and won't call you trying to solicit any services!

I'll keep it brief, as the details and photographs I could provide of all that went wrong are too numerous to list here. The absolute worst experience moving in my life. I have moved 18 times in 25 yrs so I am no stranger to moving nor moving companies. I know how moving works. There are many other choices out there--look at them. Good luck with your move!

This is a family-owned company that takes every step to anticipate your needs and make customers happy. They are very responsible, organized and professional. They did several commercial projects for us and they were highly effective and customer driven. Everything was carefully planned, logistics were coordinated to our benefit And everything about the move was easy for us(besides the fact that we had a huge project). Ken, his sons, wife, Abel, Paul and DK were extremely responsible and wonderful with every aspect of our moves.

These guys moved me this week. They were great. Mine was not an easy move. I am a wood worker with many heavy tools and board feet of hardwood. Not to mention heavy wood furniture I have built over the years. Thanks great bunch of guys doing a difficult job.
