Fantastic friendly service for my international move. They visited to inspect the amount to ship and provided an quick and accurate estimate. Once agreed, the team arrived the same week to pack all my goods, arrange insurance and fill in customs forms. They made good communication through out the shipping and my goods arrived within the estimated time and with no damage. Would certainly use again.

This company is not worth anyones money or time. Recently did business with this company and they did not do their job. They stole my money, i paid them to bring my belongings with my car. They were supposed to take car of all the paperwork and when I get to my country to pick up my container they tell me that the car does not qualify and there is no way to keep my car.
I have to bring my car back to the united states because these people don't do their job. Their job is to steal your money and they don't care. I called him back and he hung up the phone and doesn't care about my situation. Please do not do business with this company

They advertise themselves as movers for embassies and such. I decided to use them for a 3-mile move for my 2-bedroom apartment per my neighbor's recommendation. After leaving several messages, someone finally called back to schedule an on-site estimate. Guy walked through the apartment in about 5 minutes, took my contact info and said he'd email the estimate.
After several days with no response, called them and the estimate was sent over a couple of days later -- estimate was for a flat-rate, unusual for a local move. Move was booked and I made it clear which address was the pick-up point and which address was the delivery point. Day of the move, they were late -- they had gone to the NEW address instead! Anyway, so they finally showed and packed up pretty quick.
After the last of my items were loaded, they said to meet them at the delivery address, so I hopped in my car and went straight over and waited.and waited.and waited. They appeared about 2 hours later and proceeded to unload. As things were brought into the new place, I began noticing that my furniture was all scratched up and upholstered pieces were dirty.
I was told that they would shrink wrap upholstered pieces -- this was NOT done. Wood furniture showed up with lots of long, deep scratches. I pointed this out -- their response was "it was like that", which it wasn't, or "you have fragile furniture". My items suffered more damage in this 3-mile move than when they were moved cross country (several times!).
Final aggravation -- the move supervisor dropped a large glass table top, which of course shattered. He admitted that it was his fault and said he would replace it -- took measurements and the whole nine yards. After not hearing back from them one week later, I called the office and was told that they would have him call me right back. Couple of days later -- no word. Contacted them AGAIN and had the same guy from the first go round tell me now that "the guy is "out of town as of lately" and he'd call me "next week". What a bunch of BS. Save yourself and your furniture -- DON'T use these guys.
